Do you know what the word Andropause means ? … This is not the name of Star Trek’s new spaceship, okay go for another try!  No this it is not the new album of black eyed peas either :D go ahead another time… ahhhh, well tried, but no, it is not the title of a new Schwarzenegger movie!

So you have no idea I think , okay let me explain,  it is the male equivalent of menopause! Men of a certain age, between 40 and 50 years, begin to feel a hormonal imbalance, like women, and this disruption causes a lot of trouble that can make your life an unbearable mess !


Let me explain how, well it’s easy, a hormone is like a key, it’s made somewhere in the body, and serves to activate a feature somewhere else in the body , if the production of a hormone    decreases or disappears, the body will no longer work as it should and can face a bunch of little inconvenience as ….. I can  hear the little smart guy reading my article saying : This guy  is now explaining  the word of the day he has heard on radio! I will simply answer, yes :D  of course we’re here to learn from each other , no ? :D .

In fact, I suffer from the consequences of Andropause :( , which is wrecking my boss,  we call him affectionately the Minotaur (check on Wikipedia what Minotaur means :) ) , and if you have the chance ( or the misfortune )to be under his directives , you’ll see how a hormonal disorder like that can cause damage to a person, and how it’s making the life difficult to us , it’s employees , or in other words the little small creatures that are at his mercy!
This thesis was confirmed by Ted (you know him, it’s Mandy’s brother, he’s a doctor) and he also added that  scientists have just discovered a hormone replacement treatment, which consists in  restoring the body’s  hormones level and allow it to work again normally.


And there it is! Problem identified and analyzed, solution set , the thing that remains difficult is to find the one who has enough courage to make an allusion to the Minotaur about his problem , the  one who will find the way to  convince him to see a doctor and undergo  a hormone replacement therapy. We still hesitate, but probably the short straw will indicate the victim!
