But this generally requires a lot of precious time and money , and not all the companies can afford it , specially start ups ,  but they do know that while they recruit any unknown person, they are taking a big risk , the risk of having a person in charge that won’t help the company proceed , and pay a lot of money to a person that doesn’t deserve it .

B12K Stories : Christmas Gifts

Christmas is as you all know , a great opportunity to show to our friends and our relatives how much do we love them , but unfortunately the budget not always follows .
I have (un)fortunately been raised with ten cousins , two brothers and two sisters , and chrismas is the only occasion when we all gather together, a unique and very sacred occasion to remember the past and laugh a lot .
But the bad side of all this is that it also means that I have to think about 14 different gifts 
, and believe me , it’s not easy at all , especially if you know that when you give a gift , you are taking a big risk , you can lose a friendship if you give the wrong gift .
But frankly , this year I had a very brilliant idea: as I noticed that each one had a cell phone, and each one loved it a lot , I decided to buy to each one a thing to customize his cell phone.
This wasn’t that much difficult to do as I just had to search for Cell Phone Accessories on internet and found all what I was looking for, so all I need to do now is to wait for Christmas to come , hopping that they’ll akk appreciate my gifts 
Don’t Mess With Your FURNITURE SHIPPING

Yesterday , we moved to our new house , a beautiful little house in a calm area , and of course we had to move all our stuff from our old house to the new one . I had done all the necessary comings and goings with my little car to at least move the clothes, the dishes …
The only remaining things were the furniture, and frankly I was planning to attach them to the car, and move them one by one , and it’s while I was attaching the first one that my wife started screaming
She reminded me that theses furniture belonged to her grandma that she “ her grandma “ inherited from her grandma too, which explains the value of theses furniture, and that if I moved them  myself , I could damage them .
She also proposed to contact a furniture shipping company as they have all the necessary tools to move the furniture , and avoid the risk of damaging them .
And frankly it’s the first time that my wife has given an interesting advice , I hope she’ll go on that way.

No one can deny that the global economy is doing better ,the  signs of the economic recovery can be seen everywhere ,  helping investors to regain confidence , and of course start new projects that will create wealth and enforce this climate of confidence  .
The economy is like a huge chain , that rely on small business , and to make this chain stronger, more small business have to be created , and this needs the commitment of everyone.
In this context I can give the example of a woman who has worked as a waitress for 20 years , she recently realized that she could help her country in a better way than just by serving her clients at the bar , and this by creating a small textile company  .
The first and main problem she faces is that she didn’t know from where she should start or what she has to do to make the hangar she has just bought look like a textile company .
But one of the things to which she has given a lot importance, and which I personally consider as the most important thing , is security and especially exit signs.
The main reason why she accorded a lot of importance to EXIT SIGNS is due to the fact that in this kind of industry no one can predict what could happen , and danger can come from everywhere , putting the lives of your employees at risk.
Innumerable cases have shown how a simple well placed exit sign can save hundreds of lives , and investing in such things , that do sometimes look trivial , are the first and more important steps to start a successful business
