Let’s face it , we ( men ) do give a lot of importance to our body and to the way we look , maybe if women weren’t on this planet we wouldn’t have acted like that , but as long as we are cohabitating together , we are kind of obliged to take care of ourselves .
But with all this full of fat things that we keep on swallowing , for sure the result is that we gain a lot of weight , that can sometimes cause some bad hormonal trouble, causing many kind of diseases .
A friend of mine ( joe this one is for you dude ) was suffering from that , this hormonal disorder made his body , and especially his breast look like if it was a women’s one , a thing that was really bothering him , and made him lose all his self confidence .
But fortunately a solution exists and it’s not a magic potion, Indolplex ( a very known product used to support healthy estrogen metabolism and hormonal balance)  and some sport fixed all this mess .
now Joe looks amazingly good , and is making me “kind of jealous :p”, but a frankly i respect his determination.
All this to tell you what ? to tell you that with some hard working you can get whatever you want , so remember, if you gain some weight , take some determination , add some sport to it , and you’ll get a perfect body
B12K Stories : What a weird night !!!

The story I’m going to tell you about, happened yesterday night, and left me so shocked that my hands are still shaking from fear at the time I’m writing this post .
Yesterday my girlfriend asked me for the ten million time to go out, she frankly deserved it as we haven’t been out for more than three months , but if I knew that we were going to be in one of the scariest and weirdest situation of our life, for sure I’d have declined.
So after the dinner I invited her to go to the cinema, everything was doing just right I even started enjoying the moment as while I was eating the pop corn , she put her head next to my chest , maybe as a sign that she liked the movie ( or that she loves me ) :p
And it’s exactly at that moment when the unexpected happened, a voice screamed “ Fiiiiiire “ and the whole hall started running in all directions, looking for any emergency lights that could guide us to go out of this hell .
Fortunately no one got injured, as the cinema was equipped with a emergency lighting technology that really could help us walk safely in the dark .
But even if no one got hurt, I really ask myself what would have happened to us if that cinema wasn’t equipped with emergency lights , because frankly , I noticed that when people start panicking , they become fearful , deaf , blind and there is no way to control them , making it even more difficult to escape from a difficult situation like this one.
But let’s face it , what really bothers me is that this fire, really messed up all my romantic night , and turned that beautiful dream into a nightmare .

Few days before, while I was watching a movie, a sentence really caught my attention , the actor said “ if you are fifty years old and you don’t have a rolex or a breitling watch , it simply means that you screwed up your life , but now you can change nothing“.
I can’t deny that I laughed a lot when I heard it, but I Laughed less when I saw the face of my father who was sitting next to me , and who felt himself directly targeted by what had just been said .
But as I love my dad so much , I had to act ,and what I did is that I decided to buy him a rolex ,I first started looking for an original one  but of course I was quickly shocked by its outrageous and  unbelievable expensive price.
But when I talked to my friend Ed about my problem , he freaked out and said “ hey dude , who still buys original watches ?  replica watches look the same, are less expensive, and give you time exactly like an original watch does “
He told me then to search on internet, and frankly his advice saved my problem .

You are surely blind if you haven’t been able to notice that the economy is doing a little bit better since few months now 
 , new start-ups are lunched here and there , and all with a one and unique goal , make a lot of profit.
And of course, once it starts gathering the fruits of its labor, the company looks forward to invest its money in things that will make it gain more and more money , this is one of the main principles of the  modern economy , the one which I can summarize in : invest more to get more.
And as you may probably know a company can’t make more profit if it relies on the same staff that  it started with the first day , it needs to recruit more employees  “ through direct hiring , Staff Leasing ….”  , and in case this is not managed professionally, hiring people arbitrarily can lead to a lack of productivity , which means that the company will face a lot of trouble and start losing money instead of making it.

I don’t know if you have already experienced that , but I personally think that the best feeling in the world is the one of giving a smile to someone’s face , it simply  makes me feel good , it makes you feel exactly like of you have accomplished something that is worth doing it, because helping someone to be happy helps him see his life in a positive way , and of course he’ll be grateful  forever , like if you were his superhero 
.
The story I’m going to talk to you about today is based on real facts, I have a friend named alisson and who lives in Pittsburg and who’s I have to admit it , desperately looking for a man with whom she’ll get married and share her life , okay let me tell you something, that girl is simply wonderful , but I don’t know why , she not lucky at all with men .
Few days before , I met her at the mall and believe it or not , once I told her hello , to me it was clear, she was in deep sadness, I know her well and she just can’t hide it from me .
I couldn’t prevent  myself from asking what was wrong, at first she didn’t want to say nothing, but couldn’t stop her tears from dropping.
I invited her to take a coffee to talk calmly about her problem , and there she started explaining to me that she no more stands how her body looks.
Men, Let’s face it , I know that to you it means nothing , but women do give a lot of importance to their body ( and especially their breast )and if a girl doesn’t feel that she’s seductive and attractive enough , it may seem weird, but she loses control over her life .

Google Inc. the ultimate leader in the world of search engine, is about to launch a bomb: Chrome OS, an operating system which has as one and unique aim, to compete with Windows which of course has up to now the majority of the market shares. This is not the first time that Google tries to face Microsoft’s supremacy, indeed Google has already developed an operating system called Android but that was only dedicated to Smartphone.
Planned to be released for the second half of 2010, chrome will have the advantage of being free and fast and can be installed in few seconds. But the main advantages ( or inconvenient ) is that Unlike the others operating system that you install on your hard disc or you load from a CD, now everything happens online or we can say in other terms that Internet is becoming your operating system.
What Can we Expect From This OS
Google brings to the fore with the launching of Chrome Os words such as Speed, simplicity, freedom and security. Since it is web-based and open source, Google believes it will not (or just a little) to be a victim of viruses.
we are all expecting a lot from this new operating system, first because we all know that Google team has everything to come up with something new and fresh , but will they be able to overtake Microsoft’s supremacy , all what I can say is that they have a lot of work laying ahead .
