Dec 30th
As you may know , the image of a coÂmpany is directly related and depending on its employees. This is the main reason why modern companies are putting a lot of energy to choose the right employee for the job opportunity they are proposing  .
But this generally requires a lot of precious time and money , and not all the companies can afford it , specially start ups ,  but they do know that while they recruit any unknown person, they are taking a big risk , the risk of having a person in charge that won’t help the company proceed , and pay a lot of money to a person that doesn’t deserve it .
So what’s the solution ? maybe Staff Leasing is the best solution a start up can opt for, as it’s the safest way to recruit high skilled professionals who are chosen among thousands and thousands of people , PEO Companies main aim is to be sure that the person they propose to you and that you will hire , is the one who deserves it the most and that best suit the job you propose , because if in case something goes wrong ,  it’s the whole reputation of the Staff Leasing Company that will be negatively affected .
B12K : How Much Is A Website Worth
Aug 5th
Yes i’m starting a new blog , this one , and of course like every webmaster one day i’ll want to know how much is my website worth , a thing that will help me realize if i did a good work and if my blog is going on the right direction , so of course if one day I decide to sell it , I’ll know at what price .
In the “real” world, properties are assessed according to the estimation of real estate agents commensurate to the price set by the seller, the buyer is also judge since he holds the decision to purchase.

When looking on Internet how the estimation of a website are made, it is clear that most people have a big problem in determining the real value of a website.
If you think your website has some value, it is useful to estimate it , and the aim of The following article is to help you in this delicate process.
The basic rule says that the value of a website is calculated according to the profits made during the last 12 months .
Then there are speculative values as the domain name, traffic, PageRank, positions within the search results, etc..
Of course, some sites are not estimable from the income generated. Among the major transactions that took place, some sites have never been profitable but have found buyers at high prices. let’s take as example the acquisition of YouTube by Google for 1.6 billion $, while the site was lacking and continues today to not generate sufficient income .

Thus, if your site does not generate income, but has a high PageRank or traffic is consistent, it has some speculative value which is difficult to assess.
In the end, it is the buyer who will determine the price because the owner may give any estimation to his website, but it’s always the one who will pay that remains the master of the negotiation.
The following tools take into account certain parameters, including those that I talked about above, which are then compiled in order to derive an estimation . It is interesting to use several tools to have an accurate price.
