Google has announced its intention to deploy a 1 Gbps high-speed Internet network , which will be tested among a sample of U.S. citizens. The idea is to encourage the emergence of a new kind of applications .
After electricity, Google is trying a new incursion into an unprecedented area with becoming a supplier of broadband network.
the company announced it will deploy a network high-speed fiber optic service (Fiber To The Home FTTH) to 1 Gbit / s – 100 times faster than current Internet access.
In the U.S. the first operator in terms of optic fiber is Verizon: it offers the 50 Mbit / s (download) for $ 140 per month.
The experiment will take place in several regions of the United States to reach a minimum of 50 000 people , and can be extended to 500 000 users.
The leader in search engines refers to “competitive prices” without saying more. But the goal is primarily to test new uses. Google hopes to see developers including work on a new generation of applications.
The idea is also to test new technology of deployment and knowledge share with partners.
More than just a search engine
This new projects shows clearly that Google has decided to expand its activities beyond its initial business, which searching on the internet.
The group, among the most prosperous in the world, is trying every mean to facilitate theaccess to the Internet since its revenues are directly related to its use.
It has also invested in the segment of mobile phones with its Android operating system and with an entirely new mobile phone .the Nexus One.

The history of Microsoft and hackers is long and full with very different points of view . Many argue for example that the company has deliberately left many people use its products without paying anything to gain market shares. It is true that Windows has for long had a reputation of a system for which it is not “necessary” to pay. But after it reached the critical mass, Microsoft tries now deal with the hackers to make them on its side .
With Vista, new protections have made their entry in the playground, but hackers were able to make a very successful crack. Quite clever, it allowed the machine to simulate the presence of a BIOS from an OEM. Indeed, the manufacturers do not give activation key with the machines sold. The BIOS communicates with the system to identify itself as such, to make life easier for users and save this step.
Windows 7 has not brought an extra measure of protection against piracy. WGA (Windows Genuine Advantage) Validations are rather rare and are mandatory only for the installation of some products such as Microsoft Security Essentials (free antivirus from Microsoft ). But the company prepares for an update of its WGA module.
A bit special update is going to be soon launched for Windows 7. Entitled ” Windows Activation Technologies Update “ , it will be in charge of detecting more than 70 ways to hack Windows. In other words, if you are a user using a solution to bypass activation of Windows, it is likely that the methodology will be detected by the the update.
What is amusing, however, with Microsoft, is that these updates are never mandatory. In short: yes you pirate Windows, but you can choose to install or not the module that will detect it. Even better: the module can be downloaded manually to Microsoft’s Windows Genuine , and the Download Center . In the end however, the module will be available to all users of Windows 7 as an “Important” update.
What happens if there is detection of a hacked version of Windows 7?
1. The wallpaper disappears leaving a black background
2. A watermark will appear white on the bottom right to indicate that the version is not authentic
3. Windows appear regularly as a reminder that the system is not authentic
Apart from these measures, nothing particularly horrible happens.

Google has decided to launch its own Smartphone. Called Nexus One, presented by the Californian giant of the Internet. This “smartphone” features a high resolution screen of 3.7 inches (9.4 centimeters), a processor running at 1 GHz and a camera of 5 megapixels.
Manufactured by The Taiwanese HTC, it can be purchased directly on the U.S. site of Google (no subscription with an operator) for 529 dollars or 179 dollars with a two-year contract with T-Mobile USA.
Until now, Google had limited itself to providing a free operating system for mobile phones manufacturers, commonly known as Android. A year after its launch it has achieved a great breakthrough, with approximately 3.5% market share. The Google executives had repeatedly that they didn’t want to sell a phone directly .so why have they crossed this boundaries today?
The dazzling success of the iPhone is for something . Two and a half years after its launch, the multimedia phone from Apple has already sold over 30 million copies and is almost one quarter of the total revenues of the brand. Apple has also succeeded with the iPhone, to finally take off the use of mobile Internet, these online services which are accessed from a phone even while moving. Thanks to the “AppStore”, a virtual store accessible by a click, which offers more than 100 000 online services, free or paid, developed by third party publishers (games, news, etc..).
However, the Apple platform owns everything : the computer group controls everything, from the design of the device to its operating system, through the payment system and the contents of the AppStore.
For Google, the main goal this is not to let Apple continue to gain ground in mobile Internet because, if as analysts predict, in few years there will be more connections to the Internet via a mobile than via a computer the stakes are enormous.
The Nexus One should help Google to better promote its Internet services on mobile. The search engine, of course, which ensures its dominance in the world of Internet (over 65% market share), its email service (Gmail), Mapping (Maps), its digital library, etc. . Without that the access to these services is controlled by Apple.
Will The Nexus One be the next “iPhone killer”? Not at that stage, according to experts, who hail its technical performance (the speed of its processor, the quality of the screen) but didn’t find anything revolutionary.

Let’s face it , we ( men ) do give a lot of importance to our body and to the way we look , maybe if women weren’t on this planet we wouldn’t have acted like that , but as long as we are cohabitating together , we are kind of obliged to take care of ourselves .
But with all this full of fat things that we keep on swallowing , for sure the result is that we gain a lot of weight , that can sometimes cause some bad hormonal trouble, causing many kind of diseases .
A friend of mine ( joe this one is for you dude ) was suffering from that , this hormonal disorder made his body , and especially his breast look like if it was a women’s one , a thing that was really bothering him , and made him lose all his self confidence .
But fortunately a solution exists and it’s not a magic potion, Indolplex ( a very known product used to support healthy estrogen metabolism and hormonal balance)  and some sport fixed all this mess .
now Joe looks amazingly good , and is making me “kind of jealous :p”, but a frankly i respect his determination.
All this to tell you what ? to tell you that with some hard working you can get whatever you want , so remember, if you gain some weight , take some determination , add some sport to it , and you’ll get a perfect body

The story I’m going to tell you about, happened yesterday night, and left me so shocked that my hands are still shaking from fear at the time I’m writing this post .
Yesterday my girlfriend asked me for the ten million time to go out, she frankly deserved it as we haven’t been out for more than three months , but if I knew that we were going to be in one of the scariest and weirdest situation of our life, for sure I’d have declined.
So after the dinner I invited her to go to the cinema, everything was doing just right I even started enjoying the moment as while I was eating the pop corn , she put her head next to my chest , maybe as a sign that she liked the movie ( or that she loves me ) :p
And it’s exactly at that moment when the unexpected happened, a voice screamed “ Fiiiiiire “ and the whole hall started running in all directions, looking for any emergency lights that could guide us to go out of this hell .
Fortunately no one got injured, as the cinema was equipped with a emergency lighting technology that really could help us walk safely in the dark .
But even if no one got hurt, I really ask myself what would have happened to us if that cinema wasn’t equipped with emergency lights , because frankly , I noticed that when people start panicking , they become fearful , deaf , blind and there is no way to control them , making it even more difficult to escape from a difficult situation like this one.
But let’s face it , what really bothers me is that this fire, really messed up all my romantic night , and turned that beautiful dream into a nightmare .

Hundreds of new blogs are created each day but success stories remain rare and turning  your blog into a money making machine is not as easy as it seems .
In essence, ad services are targeting websites with a high traffic. Even if some Blogs can make thousands of unique visitors per month but they are rarely a source of interest to them. However, despite with a traffic of less than 10 000 unique visitors per month, Bloggers are considering ad services as their main source of income, but not all blogs make such a huge number of visitors, which means that other solutions exist .
Once bloggers start looking for a way to monetize their blogs, their first reaction is to think about Google AdSense, which offers a very known and trusted pay per click advertising service that nearly any blogger can make benefice from. The automated registration and the easy management of sponsored links is also one of the main reasons why bloggers chose adscence . in terms of performances, the contextualization of keywords can increase the click rate (1 to 5%) compared to a traditional campaign (banners , ..).
As you may surely have noticed Content is the king of the Net and it’s also the case for blogs. This leads to the emergence of new Display Network always proposing new ways to monetize your traffic

The new 9.10 distribution of Linux Ubuntu has just made its entry. Even if it has just been finished ,and even if I’ve just been using it for 3 days , It simply convinced me ,it is simple, light and functional.
The Ubuntu gives more than ever to widows and other OS users , reasons to seriously consider migrating to Linux. It comes at a time when everyone is trying to test the different options in terms of OS searching for other alternatives to windows. Linux offers a platform for users attracted by an operating system easy to use, beautifully suited to the web.
On my laptop, the installation of the system took only ten minutes. Canonical servers have stood firm even when the installer was downloading the language packs (which was really not the case in the past, especially when a new version Ubuntu was launched ).
A flawless operating system?
The loading time of the OS is relatively short and all devices of my laptop were automatically identified. The interface design is simply superb, although if I’m getting a little bit rid of the brown desktop (fortunately, it is possible to change it very easily ). the Ubuntu 9.10 has simply honored its promises and is very close from perfection.
The application (Ubuntu Software Center) is clear and well thought. The software management is facilitated. Which means that one of the biggest problems of this Linux distribution thas been solved . Note also that the audio management and 3G connectivity is a lot more better .
Another good point, the software packages are particularly updated: Linux kernel 2.6.31, GNOME Desktop 2.28.1, Firefox 3.5.3 web browser, office suite OpenOffice.org 3.1.1, Photo Manager F-Spot 0.6. 1.3, image editor GIMP 2.6.7, music player Rhythmbox 0.12.5 … Totem (video player), Empathy (instant messaging software replacing Pidgin) and Evolution (messaging) are directly delivered with GNOME.
Finally, Ubuntu One is a set of online services that can store, synchronize and let you share files. 2 GB are available for free, but you can opt for 50 GB of storage space for a monthly fee of $ 10.
A server version, based on cloud computing
A version of Ubuntu specifically designed for the world of servers. It integrates Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud (UEC), a cloud computing environment compatible with the programming interface of Amazon EC2. Moreover, Ubuntu 9.10 Server Edition is itself present on the Amazon EC2 service.
You can then establish a cloud computing architecture that can be deployed on either one private cloud (via UEC) or public (via Amazon EC2), and this, without making changes to your code. This unique initiative of can popularize the concept of private cloud.
I personally, have already taken my decision , my OS is UBUNTU , try it guy : ) I promises that you’ll at least start asking yourself the question : is there any alternative to windows OS , let me answer your question my dear friend, definitely .
